IE in bedrijf: 5th e-book available online (Only available in Dutch)

After part 1 (tradenames and trademarks), part 2 (protection of ideas), part 3 (designs and design protection) and part 4 (advertising), this spring part 5 (online) of the eBook series “IE in Bedrijf” was launched.

In this book we discuss the problems with domain names (how to claim them), use of competitor’s trademarks as Adword, online material, hyperlinking and app-development. We also consider social media (what you can / can’t say), Vlogging and online advertising, fake reviews and online infringements via intermediaries such as Amazon and eBay. This practical guideline is written for non-IP specialists, such as designers and entrepreneurs. The book is only available in Dutch, and can be purchased as a hard cover at BOL.COM, but it can also be downloaded for FREE as an e-book from www.ie-inbedrijf.nl
